Back from travels around the world.... I have seen many surprises, and spoken with spirits.  In the depths of my soul there has been a shift, and now there is less fear as I walk on.

Sto Guardando, poi ho smesso d'essere visibile. E il passaggio era direttamente in fronta di me!!

C'e una storia d'una figlia che ha guardata tanto, e sentito tutto.

Lei ha visto tante cose nel viaggi del mondo.....

Una volta, una donna e caduta par terra dello suo cavallo, ma c'aveva un bello cavaliere che e arrivato sur un cavallo bianco, e un completo in argento. Lui ha aiutato la Signora e fortunatemente., Lei non era molto in urgenza, di qualcosa rotto, ma solo un poccino disorientata. Il cavaliero era gentilissimo e la Signora era contenta ha accomompaniarlo verso un posto piu tranquillo per reinventarci.....to be continued....

I dream

We shall meet again on the long road.....

Perhaps we already have in a parallel universe......

The last minute details before hanging the show. I continue to make frames and touch up works. The Dragon is truly coming to life, and I feel it will be stupendous.... It has been a long time since a show of this magnitude in such a high profile location. It is a chance to witness this last year and how it emerged in the images....It is an exciting time for me. I relish these moments, and realize the fulfillment of a long ago dream. If nothing else, it is entirely worth all the effort and expense... gambling my last pennies on my gifts, my talent and my experience for this reason. A nod and a prayer to Santa Rita, Francesco and Chiara and off we go.....

Des Reves d’Or, Sogni D’Oro suggest allegories of gold, and dreaming of transformation, as the alchemists changed dark matter into the golden elixer. Drawings, paintings and sculptures depict the mysterious, whether it be a Dragon, or the precarious balancing of a woman on a galloping horse, or a stranger being drawn to the alchemist’s chamber by her magical procedures. Awareness emerges, as these expressions evolve, and it is through their making, that I become more aware of my own journey. The work often informs me, and this is the power and the real magic. The works come from a deep part of my psyche and present me with aspects of my own being to which I had previously been unaware.

The Dragon Emerges

It is magical how he is evolving, my Dragon in the parlour..... some gold leaf now appearing on his hyde and his wings begin to gleam, he is graceful, fearful and amazing to me as I greet him into this world. I call on the Dragons from the four directions, my friends from the Druid meeting in Phen Rhu when the continents converged and I saw the seven grey horses , the dawn of my new life.... but that's another story....
